London’s Royal Westminster Walking Tour with Sam Jacobs
Join us for a walking tour of the key Westminster sights. During the tour, we will visit Buckingham Palace, St James Palace, and Clarence House, all of which are royal residences. We’ll discuss the royal history, including the execution of Charles I, and see Oliver Cromwell’s statue. We’ll walk through the great democratic space of Trafalgar Square, complete with pigeons and Nelson’s column. Additionally, we’ll visit Westminster Abbey, where King Charles’ coronation took place. The walk will also include Big Ben, the House of Commons, House of Lords, and 10 Downing Street.

About Sam Jacobs
Sam Jacobs is a Circle Square member and has a passion for the history of London. He studied English Literature at Cambridge University and is a qualified City of London guide. He has worked in the technology industry since the 1990s and is a Londoner through and through. Sam has published a book, “Literary Sights of the City of London – from Chaucer to Harry Potter.”
