The Art Club gathers quarterly, hosted in a member’s home, at an exhibition, or in an auction house or gallery.

Some of the topics and activities the Club may explore include:

• Special viewings and previews of exhibitions or auctions
• Talks by artists
• Joint events with art magazines, collectors and galleries
• Art as an investment
• Art and mental health and wellbeing
• Art and education
• Art for beginners….having a go in self-expression
• Art and philanthropy

The Club may also form a collective to sponsor artists, and benefit from commissioned work at special rates.

Previous trips include a private view of the Lucian Freud exhibition at the Royal Academy, a private tours of the John Soane Museum and a visit to the Henry Moore Foundation.
