About the Expert:

Oli Rifkind, Executive Director at Related Argent

Oli joined Related Argent as Project Director in 2017. Over the last seven years, he has led several major projects through design and delivery, including all residential projects at Brent Cross Town, and was instrumental in closing the £600m GDV Joint Venture with Invesco Real Estate in 2022.

Oli became Development Director in 2020 with a more strategic remit overseeing development and investment, before being promoted to Executive Director in 2023. Oli now leads on Related Argent’s investment and development strategy, with his primary focus on the living sectors, including both BtR and residential for sale, affordable housing, later living, co-living and PBSA.

Prior to joining Related Argent, Oli was at the Canary Wharf Group working on Wood Wharf and its new business strategy.
