Professor Dennis J. Snower
Dennis J. Snower is an American-German economist, specialising in macroeconomic theory and policy, labour economics, digital governance, social economics and the psychology of economic decisions in “caring economics”. He is President of the Global Solutions Initiative in Berlin, which advises the G20 and the G7, as well as Professorial Research Fellow at the Institute for New Economic Thinking at Oxford University, Fellow of The New Institute in Hamburg, and Non-resident Fellow of the Brookings Institution in Washington, D.C. He is former president of the Kiel Institute for the World Economy. His prominent labour research explores the role of “insiders” and “outsiders” in generating unemployment and macroeconomic fluctuations; his socio-economic research examines how social groups shape economic behaviour; his psycho-economic research explains how economic decisions depend on psychological motives; and his macroeconomic research investigates why inflation and unemployment can move in opposite directions even in the long run.
Dean Lush
Dean is Executive Vice Chairman at Rothschild & Co Wealth Management. His responsibilities include supporting senior colleagues in the management team, assisting Client Advisers, participating in the firm’s business acceptance procedures and chairing the Investment Risk Committee.
Victor Balfour
Victor is an Investment Strategist at Rothschild & Co Wealth Management, having joined in 2012. At Rothschild & Co he is responsible for formulating the in-house strategy view on economic, political and market developments.
He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment and is a Trustee of the Rothschild & Co Pension Scheme.

Raffaello Nemni
Raffaello has 30 years’ worth of experience in the wealth management sector as an advisor and as a private banking senior executive.
He started his career in a family office where he spent 10 years specialising in asset allocation, fixed income, currency trading and manager selection in alternative investments. From 2001 until 2007 he was one of the founding members of the UK team at UBS Wealth Management, focusing on servicing UHNW & family offices. From 2008 to 2014, he set up and ran globally the UK Resident Non-Domiciled business at Credit Suisse. He has also held leadership roles at HSBC Group as a Managing Director in charge of UK UHNW clients. Raffaello joined IPC from Deutsche Bank, where he served as Managing Director and Head of the UK Client Coverage team. He is also a Chartered Fellow (FSCI) of CISI.

Jeremy Smilg
Jeremy used to run portfolio management and investment consulting for UBS Wealth Management London and then was Head of Product for Merrill Lynch Wealth Management Europe. Having escaped from the City, he earned a PhD specialising in the history of the Jewish community in eighteenth century England and sits on the investment committee of a number of charities.
