Hampstead’s History
We invite you to join us for a walking tour, through Hampstead’s 250 year old history with Blue Badge tour guide, Isabelle Seddon.
Hampstead is a beautiful neighbourhood of North London, known for its intellectual, liberal, artistic, musical, political and literary association. From the discovery of the medicinal waters in the 18th Century, that drew visitors from miles around, it has also been home to an array of famous residents throughout the years, including John Constable, Daphne du Maurier, H G Wells, D H Lawrence, Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton.
Wander through the narrow alleys, quaint squares and tree-lined avenues, and discover Hampstead’s hidden gems. A perfect time to connect with others, share an interest, and increase your steps!
