Sold Out – Join the Wait List Lincoln’s Inn – 600 years of History
Lincoln’s Inn has a history spanning more than 600 years and is one of the four Inns of Court which have the exclusive right to call students to the Bar of England and Wales.
The Lincoln’s Inn estate comprises buildings from its entire history, including late medieval, Victorian and Georgian architecture, as well as building work completed in 2019. Within the eleven-acre estate, you’ll find banqueting halls, a law library, a chapel, a modern state-of-the-art teaching space, parkland, ornamental gardens and many other hidden gems.
We invite you to explore this remarkable landmark, guided by an expert, and gain insight into how its architectural legacy reflects both the continuity of the Inn’s purpose and the changing nature of life at the Bar. You will also have access to interior spaces usually reserved for members of the Inn.
After the tour, attendees are welcome to enjoy lunch in the MCR restaurant, located within the historic estate. A seasonal à la carte menu is served from 12:15 PM to 2:15 PM, and lunch will be at each individual’s expense. If you would like to make a lunch reservation, please contact Anne Marie directly.
