Have you ever made New Year resolutions that you abandon within weeks?

Are you keen to make some meaningful changes in 2023?

Drawing on social science research as well as her professional experience as a productivity coach, Juliet Landau-Pope invites you to explore these timely and topical issues:

  • Why do we make and break resolutions?
  • Why is it so difficult to shift habits?
  • What strategies can be effective to create positive and lasting changes?

During this innovative session, Juliet will present a range of practical strategies and motivational tips. There’ll also be an opportunity to ask questions and to exchange views in small groups. And if you’re prone to procrastination, frustrated that you haven’t stuck to your New Year resolutions, this session  will kickstart you into action!
