Frederic, Lord Leighton was one of the most famous British artists of the Victorian age, with an international standing and reputation. He was the recipient of many national and international awards and honours, President of the Royal Academy of Arts and was well acquainted with members of the royal family and with most of the great artists, writers and politicians of the late Victorian era.

His former home, Leighton House, recently re-opened it’s doors to the public, following a multi-million pound ‘Hidden Gem to National Treasure’ transformation.

We invite you to join us for an in-depth 90 minute guided tour throughout the lavish interiors of Leighton House, including the magnificent Arab Hall and the recently restored Winter Studio. Our expert tour guide will also offer fascinating insights into the life and career of Frederic Leighton and the history of the house.
